Supplier Qualification & Quality Commitment

Greenrock Corporation sources products exclusively from carefully approved manufacturing facilities that meet our stringent quality standards. We conduct regular on-site evaluations of our suppliers, assessing not only their ability to deliver products on time and at competitive cost, but also their overall performance across critical systems—including quality management, facilities and equipment, raw materials control, production processes, packaging and labeling, and laboratory controls.

We remain committed to maintaining a rigorous supplier audit program, with ongoing visits to reinforce expectations and continuously align our partners with the quality and service standards required by our customers. This process is supported by our technically trained sales team—comprising chemists, chemical engineers, biologists, pharmacologists, and other specialists—many of whom have hands-on experience in manufacturing plants or industrial laboratories. Their expertise enables precise communication of customer requirements to our sourcing teams and supply partners.

In parallel, Greenrock Corporation actively expands its product portfolio and continuously evaluates alternative sourcing options. When existing suppliers fall short in product quality, delivery performance, or fail to meet evolving market demands, we proactively identify and qualify new sources to ensure uninterrupted supply and consistent quality.

Principles

  • 1. Specifications

Greenrock Corporation is committed to ensuring that all products supplied by our manufacturing partners consistently meet customer specifications. Any changes to a supplier’s processes, materials, or product specifications are carefully managed and promptly communicated to our customers to ensure full transparency and compliance.

  • 2. Employees

Each employee of Greenrock Corporation receives training on the Company’s Quality Policy to ensure that our standards are consistently understood and upheld. Any failure to comply with these standards may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

  • 3. Deliveries

We ensure all shipments are properly labeled, include supplier lot numbers, and comply with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided via email, fax, or website and include key product details, lot number, and required test results. Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) are also provided or available online.
Customers will be notified in advance if any requirement cannot be met.

  • 4. Claims

Greenrock Corporation assumes full responsibility for the quality of all products delivered to customers and for the resolution of any quality claims. If a product is found not to conform to specifications, we will promptly accept its return and cover all associated costs, provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt.
Returned goods are strictly segregated from conforming inventory in our warehouse, computer systems, and all other controlled processes.

  • 5. Packaging and the Environment

Greenrock Corporation promotes the use of environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging by its suppliers and strives to meet all customer packaging requirements.
We use only approved warehouses and carriers that are properly licensed and permitted to handle chemical products.

  • 6. Corrective Action

In the event of a complaint, Greenrock Corporation will take appropriate corrective action. This typically includes engaging the supplier and any relevant parties, including Greenrock employees, to determine the most effective resolution and ensure continued compliance with our quality standards.

  • 7. Samples

Before placing an order, we are able to provide samples for your evaluation and testing to ensure they fully meet your technical and application requirements. Production will only proceed once the samples have been reviewed and formally approved by the customer, ensuring alignment with expected specifications and performance.
All samples are supplied with appropriate OSHA-compliant labeling, along with a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), to support safe handling, transportation, storage, and regulatory compliance. This ensures that customers have all necessary safety and technical information prior to use or scale-up.

  • 8. Performance Review

Greenrock Corporation continuously monitors performance in on-time delivery, product specification compliance, labeling accuracy, Certificates of Analysis, and packaging requirements. The feedback collected is used to drive ongoing improvement and achieve the highest quality standards.
This performance data is reviewed monthly by our Quality Committee, which includes representatives from Sales, Logistics, IT, and Administration.

We pledge to serve our clients with the highest level of quality, efficiency, passion and commitment
